Tiechem G-518is strong, acrylic based and dual component adhesive. Adhesive effect is superior on many materials. Some of them are: Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Brass, Magnet, Polyester, PVC, ABS, Castermid, Epoxy, Glass, Wood, MDF, Chipboard, Concrete, Natural Stone and Ceramics

First of all, application surface cleaned from burrs, oil, liquids and etc. Also application surface should be dry. Components mixture are applied in same ratio of amount as 1/1. Advised to use cartridge gun with mixer nozzle or automatic dispensary.
Drying
Drying time take longer than expected below 2O°C. Drying time can be shorter with increasing temperature(temperature should be beMeen 45°C-S5°C). Curing time is 3-Sminutes. After an hour it shows 7S96 holding performance.
Full performance and tests can be applied after 24 hours.

Storage
Store in cool (room temperature), dry well area. Keep away from direct sun light. It has 12 months shelf life in correct storage conditions.

Warnings
Working space should be refreshed well.

Avoid contact with skin. If it occurs, wash affected area with plenty of water and soap
